This internet Service Desk (iSD) allows you to electronically submit non-emergency work requests to Facilities Services. You can enter your own work request and query for the status of both request and work orders through iSD. Select the action you wish to take by clicking on the list at the left.

The links on the left of the screen will connect you to specific options for Facilities Services. The links are explained below:
-Site Menu: Instructions - Step-by-step instructions for utilizing the options in the bar at the left side of the page.
-Work Request: Submit a Request - To submit a work request
-Work Request: Query Request - To check on the status of a request previously submitted. Use this option if you do not know your work request number.
-Work Order: Query a Work Order - To check on the status of a work order. Use this option if you do not know your work order number.
Search by Number - To check on your work request or work order. You will need to know the number to use this option.
When submitting a work request please make separate requests for distinct tasks (i.e. leaking radiator; clogged tub drain; light out; etc.) since different jobs will need to be given to different workers.
